So my husband and I are starting the CardioX DVD on Sunday. I just got done watching it...and boy is it going to be difficult. Neither of us are very coordinated, nor are we very in shape. We are both still young so we are really going to push each other to do well. We are also super competitive so I think that will help us get through it! It should be fun! Does anyone have any experience with it? Was anyone able to not do the whole DVD when they first started but now they can do it like a pro? I'm really excited to start!

That's awesome that you and your husband are doing it together! I'm doing the P90X program as well, and my wife will occasionally does some of the workouts with me. We are also both super competitive so it pushes me harder when she does it with me (I've got to beat here
).
I think the most important thing is that you just do your best. In the beginning you won't be able to do everything, and you will have to pause the DVD to take breaks. Just keep going and you will see results as long as you are pushing yourself.
