I did a pretty vigorous workout today...then I came upstairs and had a tuna melt (with cheese, mayo and cream). I was not satisfied, so I had a bunless cheeseburger.
I am satisfied now, though.
Is that normal? I'd only had a protein shake w/ heavy cream for breakfast, maybe that's why. I usually work out 2 hours after dinner, but since it's the weekend, I went for about noon time.
