  • Does anyone do any of the "Crunch" videos?

    Has anyone seen any results using just these, I used to run on a treadmill and now that I dont have access to it anymore, I bought this tape. Im not going to start excercising again until day 8 of induction. Thanks Guys.

    I do the crunch pilates videos. It is standing pilates and I love it. The first time I did the Crunch burn and firm pilates I thought hey this was easy(it was my first ever workout) I didn't think so the next morning I was sore in places i didn't know I had! Which Crunch videos do you have?

      Hey Pam,
      I wanna say, burn and firm pilates, I dont have the tape right infront of me. So do you do anything in addition to the tapes.

        I have that one and Love it. I usually do tae bo and when I started I alternated the 2. Tae bo is a way better cardio and the pilates if more of a firm and tone video. I also just got the crunch fat burning pilates with ellen as well and it is good too. I started out with the burn and firm for the first few weeks. I am now doing bootcamp tae bo and it is really great cardio. You can imagine your boss in front of you and you can punch and kick him till your hearts content. If your looking to lose weight I would alternate pilates and a good cardio. ebay has a lot or http://www.deepdiscountdvd.com has them cheap and free shipping. They also have a lot of crunch tapes. I have tons of tae bo and I have done beachbody's slim in 6 but nothing works like tae bo!

          Yeah it is Burn and Firm. I just did the cardio section. Taebo really works for you? Hmmmm, that is somthing to chew on. Since I dont have acess to a treadmill anymore, I want to do as much "in house" cardio as possible, since I know that helped me lose the lbs the first time. I know my sister has the whole series. Thanks for the heads up.

            your welcome, Anytime. I find it doesn't take long with tae bo to get my heart rate up and it stays up the entire time! If you try it keep me posted on how it goes.
