So not only am I eating low carb, drinking lots of water, but I'm also exercising for health and to build strength. My biggest problem area is my arms. I lift weights, the whole circuit, and do two sets of 12 per the instructions of a friend of mine who is a huge exercise nut. I also do a LOT of cardio as well.
I'm seeing a difference in my waist, my hips, and my thighs but my arms aren't changing much at all, in fact they got a little bigger.
Now, I know that part of that is that I'm building muscles in there, but I was hoping that with the weight loss and fat burning I'd see the arm jiggle disappear along with everything else. I've been doing this for 3 months now and still no help!
I'm looking for some advice, what has worked for you, how long it took, etc. Give me hope!!! I have my wedding in a little less than 2 months and its a sleeveless dress. I'll be pissed if I lose a lot everywhere BUT the area people will see.
I need your thoughts, suggestions, what is the BEST thing you know of to get these grandma arm waddle to reduce, deminish, tighten, be made smaller????
