Hey guys!! Im glad to say that i have lost 36lbs since i started atkins on new years day woot...and i began exorcising on the 10th of last month!!! I was 218 the day i began to work out and now im at 202!!!!
Well anyways....tell me if my workouts are good...or if i need to change anything.
I get most of my weight lifting from my boys through out the day...so i tend to kinda skip that at the gym (only once in a while) also I cant do any vigorous abb work due to having my muscles ripped after my second csection (which i will fix)...so my workout consists of 50-60min on eliptical (30 min the weight loss mode (5 resistance) and 20-25ish minutes on manual (level five resistance and 4 incline) and I tend to stay at 140+ strides a min...so i burn abut 600 callories in that workout.
Also I added about 25-30min bicycle (about 100 callores burned) so my total workout is about 700 callories burned...and I go 5-6 times a week ( there were a few days i dont go 2 days in a row)
but how does that sound? i usualy cant make it to the classes at my gym since i only get to work out at about 9pm or so after the boys sleep so that limits me to just what i have mentioned.....
any input would be great!!!
