  • Tendonitis in Quads

How do I stop getting this... I notice it happens when I work out very hard and I have to wait for the leg to rest... I've went from 350 to 267 now but this slows me down... I eat alot of turkey... Maybe I need to drink more water... Any had this problem before... Is it diet or something more physical

How long do you rest it? Tendonitis often takes several months to really subside. Then you need to start working back up slowly

It's not about the results. Its about the process.

The first time I got it rested for about six weeks... I eased back into working out and stretching and it was fine until about four weeks ago I worked out and didn't stretch... It tightend up but it was very mild... It was my fault for not stretching I've rested since then and it feels great... I plan to get back to working out soon again... What do you think?
