    Hey guys,

    Im still in the induction phase, and i have decided to do some weight training aswell. Should i add a protein shake to my postwork meal. I getting about 100g of protein without the supplement. Does anyone think it is nessacary?

    I don't know anything about you Jay. Are you male or female. How tall are you? What is your current weight? How much do you want to lose? What is the purpose of your lifting? Mine is to tone and to strengthen I do not need extra protein for that but then again I probably eat mroe than 100 gr of protein most days. And I am a tiny thing.
