I have been doing taebo,pilates and did the slim in 6 program for the past 7 months. It has been good but I started the Tae bo bootcamp on Monday and I have done 3 workouts and have lost 1 1/2 in. in my waist already. I am used to working out 6 days a week but you only work out about every other day. I did the basic training an Monday and wednesday. I measured on Monday and again on Thursday and I had lost an inch in my waist and 1/2 an inch in my thighs. I worked out last night and measured today and lost another 1/2 inch in my waist. It has me sweating like a pig for 55 minutes but well worth it. I thought I would share this with you because I have not had progress like this before. You use special resistance bands and they are great. I love this. I felt guilty by not working out 6 days but I don't now.
