    Hello all!! I am at the end of my first day and I feel great!! I did have a few questions tho.
    So, in the induction phase are you supposed to workout?
    Will I lose more weight if I do?
    I didn't today, but I am deciding if I should tomorrow...

    Atkins does tell us to exercise yes. Even in the induction phase. So do what you can.
    This journey is not just about weight, it is also about health and well being. And exercise helps with that. So a nice walk and some wall push ups perhaps?
