  • Waking up body tired

    For the last few days, I've awakened feeling well rested (head wise) but body tired. My muscles feel as if I just stopped exercising when I wake up. I exercise 5 days a week for 45 minutes on my stationary bike. Yesterday I didn't exercise at all but I still feel this way a day later. I've been riding consistently for 3 weeks. Any reasons or suggestions?

    Oh - that is not great.

    I would make sure I am drinking lots of water - getting all supplements - make sure you are good on potassium so eat veggies with a lot of potassium - take a bit of magnesium supplement extra.
    Eat all veggies . Pack on with nutrient rich ones (well not over 20 grams of course)
    Have enough fat and calories.
