      I am so far gone on exercise, there's absolutely NO HOPE!!

      First thing I think of in the morning: WOOHOO, ITS A RUNNING DAY!! ARE MY RUNNING CLOTHES CLEAN?? WHERE'S MY HEART RATE MONITOR?? ARE MY SOCKS CLEAN? WHERE'S THAT WATER BOTTLE? WHAT TIME DO I HAVE TO SCHEDULE BREAKFAST IN ORDER TO GET IT DIGESTED BEFORE THE RUN STARTS? WHAT'S THE RUNNING FORECAST FOR TODAY? SPF 15 OR 30? IS THE POT OF ICED TEA READY TO GO?

      RUNNING EASES STRESS; INCREASES ENDORPHINS; PROMOTES GOOD SLEEP; BURNS CALORIES; RAISES METABOLISM; CURBS APPETITE; MAKES YOU FEEL SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD! What's not to love??
