WHAT TIME DO I HAVE TO SCHEDULE BREAKFAST IN ORDER TO GET IT DIGESTED BEFORE THE RUN STARTS? WHAT'S THE RUNNING FORECAST FOR TODAY? SPF 15 OR 30? IS THE POT OF ICED TEA READY TO GO?
RUNNING EASES STRESS; INCREASES ENDORPHINS; PROMOTES GOOD SLEEP; BURNS CALORIES; RAISES METABOLISM; CURBS APPETITE; MAKES YOU FEEL SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD! What's not to love??
