My gym were looking for a male and a female volunteer last night to take part in a challenge. I was the male volunteer and what I had to do made we so weak afterwards! It was a great work out. I had to fill out a form afterwards, and my arms didnt want to work.
Cycle 2k
Lat pull downs - 40 reps @ 42kg
50 box step ups with 10kg weights in each hand
60 sit ups with feet held
row 500 metres
Bench press - 40 reps @ 35kgs
run 400 metres on an incline of 10%
Shoulder press - 40 reps @25kgs
I did it all in a combined time of 19 minutes 50 seconds. What a workout!
