    Anyone else use this machine???
I absolutely love it. I've worked my way up to doing each of the cross training programs (1,2&3) for 20 minutes each and level 6 resistance. At my weight the monitor tells me I'm burning a total of roughly 600 calories, and there is no impact on my knees. I got some "move to the music" CD's and just pedal to the music. It feels almost effortless, but my pulse rate soars and when I'm done my T Shirt is soaked.

Since starting this program my energy level is through the roof. The personal trainer that works in the gym in my building says if he hooked me up to a generator I could provide power for all 19 floors..... LOL

I'm absolutely obcessed with this machine, and less then 20 pounds from goal!!!!!

Hey Betty.... I've never heard of Everything Atkins... but that's OK...
You look great. How much weight have you lost?
Home for me is Orlando, but I'm on a travel Nurse assignment now in Long Beach, CA. We'll have to get together once I get home. Tampa's not too far from Orlando.

Dang! I could have sworn you were once on EA ... sorry, me bad.

I would love to get together! I have lost 38.5 pounds (original goal was to lose 15 pounds!!!) We go to Disneyworld often, so maybe we can meet up there sometime! I would love it!

        You are such an inspiration!

I love my Elliptical Trainer - almost too much. I really should be running now or changing up my exercise routine, but find myself returning to the elliptical. (so much easier on the knees and hips) Plus the sweat after the stint on the trainer is much more than after the much shorter stint with me running. Congrats on being so close to goal!

I just love my elliptical! It's a more basic model, but I can keep going on it for ages if I get the resistance level just right. I'm seriously considering modifying it to power the tv set - it would be a brilliant homeschool project for my 9 year old son, though perhaps I'd be happier if he modified an old bike to do it in case he messes up the elliptical :nono
