    Hi everyone!! :wave

    Well, I am back. After 2 months of being on then off then on, then off the Atkins - I AM OFFICIALLY BACK ON IT!!! FOR REAL!!!

    Have been back on it for a week, but whilst I was faffing around, I managed to maintain my weightloss from when I was "on it"! Great news, huh? Well, it should be except now I am freaking out about the excess skin!!! :yikes

    So now I find that I have to buy my wedding dress now, because it's on sale as its being discontinued... I still have 9 and a half months til my wedding though! I think that's plenty of time to do some serious weight loss!!! So I have bought it 2 sizes smaller than I wear currently... serious inspiration for weight loss!

    I have started going to the gym 5 nights a week, walking/jogging a minimum of 2 miles each time and then getting on the bike for a cycle. Am drinking all my water (an then some), and waking up practically paralysed by my need to pee! Haha!!! Oh well, small price to pay. When I was at school I used to do athletics, throwing the discus, javeling and shot put. I also used to run the hurdles and the long jump. All in all, it made for some serious muscle build up in my butt and thighs. One of the trainers at the gym said I need to make sure I do not build up and more muscles in my bottom and legs, I actually need to break down the muscles there. Well thats fine,

    *******BUT*******

    I have noticed that my bottom is getting more wobbly (which the gym dude said was good), and that the tops of my arms are beginning to form wings (which is MOST DEFINITELY BAD!!) - :help I am only 22! I dont want them! Is anyone doing any excercises that will prevent this from happening, or at least help tone them up? I dont want to look like a body builder, because that wouldnt suit my frame, I already have quite good muscles up there... I am just going crazy!!! Any ideas??????????? I hope so :nod

    When I was at my start weight, I didn't jiggle. As I began to lose fat, I began to jiggle more. Every two or three months, my body tightens up a bit---that's when I notice I look thinner.
