Does anybody have Leslie Sanstone's You Can Do Pilates video? I am not the most coordinated person when it comes to videos, but I know her other videos are simple to follow. Is this similar? Just a general pilates question, also...does pilates fall into the strength training category? I do Curves every other day, but am looking for something that would be beneficial in my non-curves days.

Also, on the Walk Away the Pounds videos, is there a big difference between them? I have the Walk and Jog video right now, but if I'm looking for more variety, would it be wise to purchase some of her other walking videos, or are they all kind of the same?

I also have a George Foreman walk and box video which is simple to follow, but still a good workout for my level. Any other suggestions of simple videos?

I don't have the pilates tape, so I can't tell you anything about that. Have you read the reviews on Amazon.com? They're pretty good, usually.

Anyhow, she has several walking tapes: Walk away the pounds (using weights), Walk away the pounds for abs (uses a resistance belt) and Walk away the pounds express (uses a resistance band)---the 4 mile "express" tape doesn't use any equipment. I was able to borrow the abs and express tapes from my library. Except for the express tapes using the resistance band, they can all be done without the weights or resistance belt.

They're not bad as a whole, you can make them more challenging by increasing the weights or even by doing "power-walking" during some of the segments.
