    Ok, here I am back at it again I have worked out a scedual so that I can stay true to myself and do what I need to do to get the scale moving again. I have only lost 1 pound in over 2 weeks and I was doing so well before all this. Hey, at least it's one pound. I want to be at goal by December 6th and I worked it out to get there I need to lose 1.6 pounds per week I surely think I can do this but it will take a lot of dedication and modivation. SO please get in my corner cause I need all the support I can get.

    Be sure you're eating enough to be above your BMR, but less than your AMR!! Lots of good fat!!

    And run like the wind!!

      you know I'm in your corner :yes :yes , but before you are getting any exercise encouragement from me I want to see that note from your doctor saying you can workout again!

      your anemia is nothing toi play around :yikes with and putting any staoin on your body without the correct amount of red blood cells to carry the oxygen to be mixed with the fuel to the areas needing it is crazy. Losing your weight by the 12 week deadline ofr your BFL program is not worth any permanent damage you could do to yourself!

        Very true 2BIG and the doc said here today that I could start back at it so long as I feel well I am going for a blood test tomorrow to see where my elvels are at and he told me basically if after I exercise or during I feel light headed exhaused or any symptoms return then I should stop. I am goign to lift today my body is NOT 100% I know that so I won't push it but, I need to get moving cause really I have no modivation and it's killing me. I did get the ok from my doc had to get my shot today that was number 5 ewww so hopefully the labs will show improvement. I am taking a multi with iron and eating more meat to bring iron levels up as well. I triied the full iron pills for 3 days and I thought I was going to throw up so he told me to ge the multi.

          It's so hard when you're into working out. I was totally like you working out everyday, often twice a day (running and swimming on the same day, or weights and cycling). Then I did in my knee....now I have a ruptured bursa in my shoulder and maybe a rotater cuff injury (sucks being old). I was going to do my first triathlon (mini) on June 11th and was so psyched for it. Well, that ain't gonna happen. I've had to totally change my mindset to this is not a race, but a lifelong journey. Same as eating our Atkins. So, I'll do the triathlon in the fall...or even next spring...and in the meantime I'll continue to workout and train as much as I can without further injury. What's great about this wol for me is learning and listening about my body. So, of course I'm in your corner! Be well!

            Ok, so I went down with full intentions of having a good workout well, it didn't go so well. I did the first set of but, I got to the second and I started feeling light headed and my heart was racing so I quit. I think 2BIG was so right my levels are definately not where they should be how crappy but, I don't want to hurt myself. I will wait another day go for my blood work and see how it goes. I ahve good days and bad days today obviously was a bad day but, I am sure over time I will have more good days.

            I am feeling extremely exhaused and my muscles don't even wanna type so I am gunna lay down and let my body relax this sucks.
