  • Butt toner tip when at work!!!! (Funny but works!!)

    I thought I'd share something that's been working quite well for me this last week at work......everytime I pay the bathroom a visit (which is numerous times due to all the water we drink on this WOE), I do a set of 15-20 squats in the bathroom stall! It sounds funny BUT when I added up how many I did in one day at a typical day at work, the # added up to over 160+ squats!! And it takes about 30 seconds each squat session!! Adding it up, that's over 750+ squats i've done in a 5 day work week!! I TOTALLY noticed a difference in my legs just after 1 week...my legs are more toned, and my butt looks tighter!! I figured, it's so much easier to do leg strengthening work like this spread out throughout the day than all at once like at the gym!!! Give this a try and I bet you'll feel a difference too!! Sounds funny but TOTALLY worth it!!!

      Asiangail :wave , I am smiling while reading your post coz I've been doing that same thing for 3 days now :yes. Although not as much as you do. Mine ranges from 10-15 only cause at times others are also there & they might wonder what's taking me that long ensive

      Anyway, thanks for sharing this. It's a great way to squeeze in some toning exercise even while at work. :joy

            :wave LOL, I wonder if someone might think you are trying to solve a constipation problem.

            I like the looking for my pen on the floor squat or the whoops I droped it squats.

              Good point borntolose!! That made me laugh!! My coworkers already laugh at how much water I chugg down everyday they keep a running tab on how many times I run to the washroom everyday!! Hehehee...I guess I'm lucky that I work in an office with 95% male employees I'm usually the only one using the ladies washroom!! Borntolose, you gave me a great giggle today thanks!!!
