For those of you who don't know, I started a walking/jogging/running club at my office that started today. We had 11 people signed up ... and all were so happy after day 1 ... we went a 2 to 2.5 mile route and plan to do it 3 days a week ... its amazing how great we all felt after running at noon ... while everyone else in the office was feeling that afternoon brainfog, we were sharp, mentally alert and raring to go!!
This is sooooooooooooooooo cool!! I encourage you to do the same at your place of employment!! It just may shock you how many people really want to work out, but don't know how to start!!!
