Winsor Pilates: I bought this DVD set last year, comes with a 20 minute workout, a 45 min advanced workout, and an accelerated fat burning workout. I kept to doing just the 20 minute workout, 3-4 days a week, and within about 6 weeks did see a very noticable difference! I stopped doing it out of laziness and saw a change, I've started once again. I did try the 45 min advanced workout, and though it was a great workout as well, it's unlikely i'll have the time to stick to it regularily. It's great to have a dvd that shows great results in only 20 mins!

Pilates Intermediate mat workout: This is a dvd by a company called Gaiam, I have several of their yoga and balance ball videos as well, they are very well done. The instructor is Ana Caban, and she does a really great 30 min workout that you can really feel. It would definately be an intermediate dvd, i tried doing this one as my first pilates workouts and had issues getting thru all the exercises. better to start with a beginners one first.

I highly recommend Pilates to anyone that wants to tone up.
