I was looking at this and it looks very doable. Any opinions on the 10 minute trainer by Tony Horton???

I haven't seen the 10 min trainer yet, but I'm doing the original Power90 starting on Thursday. I respect Tony Horton, but 10 min doesn't quite seem like enough, but if I had days where literally all I had was 10 min, it would probably be worth it because in the end 10 min is better than nothing.

Haven't heard of it but I just recently bought Jillian Michael's 30 minute shred...IT IS KILLER!!! First time I did it I could not walk the next day! It is nothing complicated though, alternating strenght, cardio, and abs in 3 min, 2 min, 1 min increments. It really goes fast and I sweated like a little piggy

I have it and yes I have tried it...it looks easy...but trust me its not!! LMAO
I did the ab routine and on some of the routines you need complete upper body strength! I ended up giving it to a friend. Im sure its a great plan, but for me I couldn't seem to do some of the routines.

I second that! I thought oh, that looks doable. OMG!! It is tough but great! I am a wimp though, I decided to do Slim in 6 instead, which is still tough but for someone who hasn't exercised.....EVER..it is more doable for me.
But I would suggest that if you can, buy it and do it! Beachbody makes the best exercise programs! I hope, hope, one day that I will be able to try P90X! Then I will really be smokin'.
