    I bought this yesterday and watched it last night - I too thought 'this doesn't look so bad!' ha ha

    Wow - she gives a great workout - I will definitely do this on a regular basis!

      I've just ordered this as something to do when time is tight and can't wait to do the workout!

      I wanted to bump this thread and ask what results did people have after 30 days?

            I really like this DVD...definitely a great workout...I do however find it hard on my knees (and I don't have any knee problems)....so I'm thinking it's my form....just watch the knees, otherwise I give it high marks!

            Heaviest weight - 403 lbs. (2007)
            April 1, 2008 - 387 lbs. (This is when I initially started to lose weight…but was not on Atkins at this point)
            Atkins start weight – 347 lbs. (July 19, 2008 – began Atkins)
            1st major goal met -----100 lbs. lost as of Oct 2, 2008 - Hit 300 lbs. on this day – From April 1-08 when I initially begin to lose weight.
            2nd major goal met - 151 lbs. lost as of Jan 13, 2009 - Hit 249 lbs. on this day.
            3rd major goal met - Wed, May 13-09 - Reached losing 200 lbs. in just over a year and a couple of months.
            4th major goal met – Reached “Onederland” June 6-09 – 198 lbs.
            5th major goal met - My 1 yr. Atkins anniversary - Weighing 184 lbs. this day
            Current weight – 169 lbs.
            Goal weight - 150 – 160

              So what level are you guys on? I have done level one a couple of times. It is hard and bits and pieces of level two.
              Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

              May Challenges 2010
              Push-ups: 450/800
              Abs: 850/1900
              Squats: 650/1200
              Lunges: 500/1000
              Strength: 490/1200
              Running: 50/100 km


              2 Years on Atkins.................. President Challenge Medals earned

                i do level one since i'm not consistent at all. i think this time i am trying to stay with the program a bit more so maybe will move up after a week or two.

                  I can do level one....most of level two...with some modifications...and bits and pieces of level three.

                  I have to admit...when I do pop it in...I tend to do level one the most often.

                  It's quite the workout!

                    I did level one again today - and some of two. I was going to suggest some kind of "challenge" but thinking all that jumping up and down is hurting my sore Achilles tendon so I may take a Jillian break for a bit. I do think it is a really great work out though.

                    I may prefer the trouble zone dvd though. It is not a circle (cardio, strength etc) one but pretty hard stuff as well.

                      I've just done my second day of level 1 - and I can really feel it - I have soreness from when I did it on Tuesday. I'm planning to do it 30 days straight and do 10 days on each level. Hopefully this will help me feel better for Christmas and I want want to mess it all up

                      It is hard but because the sections are short you can push through and get it done. The side lunge and arm raise is killer - my arms KILL. I am using 5lbs in each hand - does that seem heavy enough? I guess it is for now because the arms I can really feel.

                      My legs hurt but because I got slammed in a subway train door yesterday - so embarassing. And bruising...

                        I'm with you, Alexa - on everything besides being slammed in a subway car (how the heck??) - I did my second day in a row yesterday. I feel like I'm getting more sore by the day though. Is that even possible?

                          Yeah the doors just slam shut on you and that's it. I was wearing headphones so I didn't hear the bleeping. Bruise looking very elegant...

                          Day 4 today (but didn't do it on 2nd day) plus 2 hrs kickboxing. But yeah, i felt like my arms were getting worse and worse! Also not loving the side lunges.

                          Did anyone take pictures? I am going to but haven't yet...
