I've been doing the Billy Blanks Tae Bo cardio workout, and last night my ankle hurt quite a bit. I mildly sprained it about 5 years ago, so that is contributing. I heard periodic light popping noises throughout the workout. My other ankle is fine.
Is there any way to stabilize or better support my ankle when working out like that?
