Posted this in the 6WEC, but thought I would share here too..
My son made up his own chart and list of daily exercises... then the two oldest got in on the act... the dont like slugs, so they get to be snail free at the end of the week, and wanted to know if I would take them for ice cream if they made it! I told them, prolly not ice cream, maybe frozen yogurt... ??????????... but it is pretty cute..
Their list - 20 push ups x 2 (OMG you should SEE these kids knock out the push ups.. I am dying after 10, Josh did almost 80 yeaterday, through the day)
- 10 crunch ups x 2 - they go all the way up, and this is prolly the hardest for them
- 20 sit downs (squats)
-20 minutes walking
- 10 minutes jogging
- 10 minutes running
- 10 jumping jacks x 5
- 5 mattress lifters.. Josh on one end, CJ on the other, and they lift the bed mattress over their heads. I am not sure whether I will allow this to continue.
Caleb no longer takes syrup on his pancake or will drink regular soda or juice because sugar is like sick poison and he doesnt want his tummy to get all "oogly" and wiggly...
One of the things I miss most about AZ is the kids gym with its kid sized nataulis and free weights and bands and kid treadmills and bikes...
They are pretty funny guys. Their nan is taking pictures of their "guns" every week so they can see if they grow. Too funny.
