Actually mine have gotten better because I have more fiber in my diet. My stool is softer...and thus...it's a bit easier on my insides

I suggest you go and buy a pig pot of zinc ointment from the chemist's...librally apply it as far up as you can.

The old cures are the best cures sometimes....

A lot of diaper rash creams have zinc in them too It's a good way to use up what's left for those of us who have it just sitting around the house.
