if you are retaining fluids you should be swollen some. you can check your ankles for any denting when you push inward. if you dent you got fluid retention.
Now when you are losing weight there is a natural retenrtion of fluid as the body replaces the fat space with water for biochem reasons. once your body exceeds the limit it has for the biochem interferrence this added fluid causes it will generate fluid shedding chems and you get what we call a vist from whoshie and overnight pounds leave even though you didn't do anything to cause that large loss yesterday.
Enjoy it when it comes and knowe that will be the nature of your weight loss from now on. check your tape measure to see it going.
