IM ON DAY 5 OF INDUCTION I FEEL SO EMBARESSED ASKING THIS QUESTION BUT GOING OUT OF MY MIND WITH WORRY IM HAVING BLEEDING FROM MY BACK PASSAGE WHEN I GO DO YOU THINK THIS HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE ATKINS DIET

Have you ever had hemroids?? That could cause you to bleed during a bowel movement. Personally, I would call your Dr.

if you are constipated from your food choices read chapter 11 rule 12 ands make your choice of fiber supplements listed. you can also help by chosing higher fiber veggies from the lists.

Water too! That used to happen to me when I was little, but after adding a lot of water with my food it seemed to dissapear.
