    aspirin

    Hi there,

    I have a severe headache now. Would it be okay to take an aspirin for this? I'm asking this because I don't want aspirin to affect ketosis, if it can knock me out of it.

    hope your head ache is better by now. you can take any caffeine free pain med for any pain you get while doing ATKINS. Dr Atkins was talking about folk who have chronic ongoing pain conditions taking meds when he was discussing pain meds and ketosis.

      thanks for the reply. my headache went away after taking an aspirin/panadol and having a meal with it.
