    Question about water weight and swelling here... I feel bloated and look it too, on every part of my body. The past few days of going to the gym I have put on my adidas tennis shoes and had to loosen them up almost to the point that I can barely get them tied. My jeans are tight and i'm somewhat lapping over, it's very uncomfortable. I've been very upset and moody, crying a lot. I'm not due for TOM until at least the 20th of this month. Do I need to see my Dr, maybe get a fluid pill? Or just wait and hope this passes?

    is your gym workout new to you that will make your body retain fluids as will a change in temp like very hot weather. Are you drinking enough fluids? lowering your fluids when you feel bloated will actually increase the bloat. have you added any new to you food vits or brands of foods?

    How many fluid pounds have you added? Since it concerns you and it can be a symptom of some serious medical conditions yep check with your doc.
