Eeeeep! Kimberly, you have a beautiful nose, as I've seen your pictures...I don't see any need to change it.

As for tucks/liposuction...I watched it on TV once...scared the crap out of me. Although, surgery is surgery...so what did I expect LOL.

Re: Cosmetic surgery? (A question mainly for the gals)

I hate to admit this because of the stereotypes around cosmetic surgery, but I'm planning to have upper/lower abdomen liposuction come January. It will be a year on Atkins for me come December 10, and since then I've gone from a size 20 to a size 10.

When I was a teenager, I was tiny (for me) at a size 6, worked out all the time, and STILL had lumpy, unevenly distributed fat on my stomach. I'm not just talking about a little vanity weight, but very obvious lumps that I was always very self-conscious about. I think it's genetic, since my mom had it, too. I'm 25 now, lead a healthy lifestyle, work out a good amount (it's not a toning problem) and just want to have a flat stomach while I'm still young.

I'm also going to ask my doctor about breast lift/implants. I was a 42DD at my heaviest, and am a 34D now - and, saggy as can be. I'm not sure about this, yet, though.
