So I heard so many good health benefits that the dry sauna offers, and since i dont like exercising that much ( hence i mispell that word every time i use it ) Lol
But anyways i heard it does make you only loose waterweight, however at the same time makes you burn calories, personally i dont care for the waterweight, i would just like to burn some extra calories.
I heard up to 300 in a 30 minute session .
Does anyone know or can help me get "factual" info in this ??
i mean It does have really outstanding health benefits and does flush out many dangerous radicals in your body.
Since i have one in my condo complex i think i am going to try it for a week ... since Im in week two of induction and NOT loosing anything
!
Uffff ... SO WHO IS UP FOR A SAUNA CHALLEGE ???

...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
Also, the steam room is great for getting rid of extra water weight the only drawback for me is that it's hard to breathe in there for the first couple of minutes.

But on the other hand, you'd burn off all the muscle and never move, either.
