decaf coffee or tea is permitted during induction. (see page 127 of the DANDR). it's not to replace your water intake though.
the things you are experiencing will be gone in a matter of days. 2 to 4 most likely. hang in there and soon it will be over. you can visit the addictions forum. other members have dealt with this issue and i know you can bump a thread or two to get encouragement and help.

lol, thanks. I didn't notice an addictions thread. Makes sense. No headache today so I'm glad I made it. I'm actually not inducting - I just knew I had a strong addiction and wanted to break it. I did have a decaf today though and I think I'll survive this now. I just have to be careful to not get caught back in it. It's so hard to get out!
