    nice to see the post but sorry you have this problem. the thread was just posted late late last night so you weren't late for anything, toc. i think you post just added to the information. it's appreciated for sure!

    btw, i am not bothered by this. this was posted because sal had been mentioning it and i really didn't have a clue about this.

      Be thankful you dont have it Jimmie! Its a pain in the asss, literally!

      It might be interesting to note that my dad also suffers from it (more mildly) and has other back issues related to it.

      (Modified OWL-moving up rungs for convenience when travelling, keeping carbs moderate)
      Foods I cannot have-
      Black beans.- instant headache and upset belly.
      spaghetti squash mixed with tomatoes- ravenous

        Not sure Jimmie about women getting sciatica more than men...I know both men and women who suffer from it. And yes... it is interesting to see how different ailments affect different races.

        Tired of Chub, sorry to hear that you too get stricken now and again. Interesting about your Dad having it too. I wonder if there's any hereditary thing going on... probably a hereditary back weakness or something...

        Seems like we all agree... stretching and weight loss help the most.
