I was wondering if I could get some feedback or if anyone else has experienced this.
A few years back I was very diligent in the Atkins Diets, lost some weight, plateaued, but my cravings got the better of me and I resorted back to my regular way of eating.
I had put back the weight I had lost when I was doing Atkins, up until the beginning of this year.
Since the beginning of this year, with no eating habbits change, I have began to lose weight. actually about 30 lbs. I needed to lose this but wasn't doing anything to make this happen.
I still had some keto sticks from back in the day, and I tested them from time to time, and the keto sticks at times during the day would change color.
However, I could have an icecream, bowl of pasta, lotsa carbs, but the keto sticks would at times within a 24 hour period change colour.
When I was religiously doing atkins, if I were to eat anything like that, it would take me a few days of being good and counting carbs to get into ketosis, but now, I don't do anything and it happens.
I first thought that it was maybe the keto sticks were old, and not good.
So I bought some new ones, but I am getting the same results. Some times during the day it's normal , other times it is slighly in ketosis, and even a few times it's at the max.
I don't understand why I am losing this weight and am wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if so - what is causing it.
Every week I am consistantly loosing weight, doing atkins before I had plateaued and was never able to get past 135 - I am now down to 129 still eating all these carbs.
If anyone can offer some feedback with similar expereince. I would really appreciate it.
Just in case you're wondering too, I don't exercise, I'm getting a little concered.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
