I don't know if anyone has ever had this happen to them. I woke up this morning with a hard lump, about the size of a grape on the front of my knee. It's very painful and I didn't hit it or anything- I also wasn't spending a lot of time on my knees cleaning or gardening or anything. Anyone have any ideas???

ghelen, take a look at this site and see the various things it COULD be. you might be able to pinpoint the problem better.
