  • What to do! Desperate!!

    I am 17 years old M, and weight around 160. But my problem is i cant wear the shirt's i like, cause i got a little of " Male Breast " Which i hate, i will do anything right now to get rid of them. I hardly eat junk food, all i eat is dinner most of the times. So i don't know what the problem is, i have had this since the early teen's. So i was wondering What can i do the reduce the male breast, any pills? exercise? Please help me guy's.

    Exercise!!! I would say if you did some weight training you'ld notice a difference in a week (doing 5 days in a week, maybe every other day to start). If you don't have a weight bench to use then use milk bottles or 2 liters filled with sand. Lay on your back, arms straight out at your sides, and lift them above your chest until it hurts. Like I said, you're a guy, and 17 at that, you'll see results quickly. Good luck, you can do it!!!

        What about running in the threadmill, will that help ? My father has the boflex machine i can use. I also do pick up weights sometimes and just lift them for a few minutes. Alright so alot of weight lifting what else can i do?

          first talk with your doctor. There is a medical condition theat many men and boys have that causes male breast growth and no amount of diet and/or exercise will get rid of that.

          if you are just flabby from excess fat then your running or even walking on a treadmill will burn fat for you if you don't increase your food intake. weight training will firm up the underlying muscles too. the bowflex machine workout would be good for you too.

            It am pretty sure it's flabby. So you are saying running + walking is good for this? and what do you mean increase my food intake? I eat dinner, and snacks at home like sandwitches or cornflakes ect, i did not mean to say all i do is eat dinner.

              "you if you don't increase your food intake" is what he stated, just so you don't get mixed up. what he means is that if you exercise and keep up the same eating habits, you will burn fat. if you exercise and eat MORE you will stay the same. \

              yes, walking or running will help burn fat. however, to get the tone you want the bowflex would be excellent for you.

                any program where you burn more cals then you take in will result in fat loss.
                you can keep your activities the same and just eat less or you can eat the same as you were and increase your activities like exercis4e and you will burn fat or you can do both eat less and exercise more.

                Since you are still a growning fellow the exercise would be better for you right now. if your dad has the bowflex workout video that came with his machine that owuld be an excellent palce to start toning up your muscles as you burn off the fat and the treadmilling will help too

                  i guess this means you are not doing atkins, right? i don't think you are here so much because you want to lose weight. are you just wanting advice on how to tone and firm your problem area?
