  • Limbs falling asleep

I mentioned this in another post but its starting to bother me. My hands and arms and legs and feet keep falling asleep with the littlest amount of pressure put on them like crossing my legs, or sleeping with my arms under my pillow at night. Within 30 secs they start tingling. My feet/legs have always fallen "asleep" very easily like with in 3 mins of crossing my legs but its gotten worse. Someone else PM's me and said they were having the same prob and didnt think nothing of it till they read my post. I am doubtful its diet related but there is a chance since I am currently deficeint in my vitamins. Just realized the multi Im taking doesnt have everything I need and I am extremely low everyday in calcium, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus. My vit doesnt have those. I will go today and get more.

I plan on mentioning it to the Dr when I go back. Anyone have any clue what this might be?

it is pressure on the nerves causing the sensation. it can be in your spine where they emmerge or actual physical pressure on the nerve fron your head or leg. you can actually damage them which will cause the sensation to re occur much sooner each suceeding time.

your doc can send you to therapy and testing for the nerves to see if it is spinal or not.

Mine do the same thing because I smoke. I know because when I quit for awhile it stops. It's a circulation thing with me- just a possibility.
