So I took this home body fat test today.

It says it's quite accurate, up to 2%+-. It says my lean body weight (water, muscle, bones, etc.) is 169.5lb! And my goal weight is 170?! My total fat percentage is 26.6%. Do you think my lean mass will diminish at all? Usually, it's supposed to go up slightly while the fat percentage decreases, but I'm not sure I want MORE lean body weight.
I will double-check my measurements and try it again...but until then, does anyone have any thoughts on this? Has anyone tried the test, or done a REAL body fat test?
