    I've always been hot natured and was surprised when I started feeling cold, but I have determined that the cold feeling is from all the water I drink. Esp. if I drink cold water my hands are like ice cubes.

      I find the water makes me cold too... which is a real bore as I suffer from "cold urticaria" (rare but a real allergy) and Reynaud's syndrome. I still drink the water though...
