    Looking for a card...

    Earlier today I found a thread that someone had created a card you could print out with the rules of induction on them. Now that I have access to a printer I want to print it out but for the life of me I can't find it again. Can anyone point me in the right direction?



    Age: 36/ male
    Height: 5'10"
    Starting Weight: 460 (March 1/ 07)
    Current Weight: 338 (Nov 11/ 07)
    Total lost so far: 122 pounds!!
    1st goal: Clean 14 day induction (Achieved)
    2nd goal: 399 (to get out of the 400's.) (Achieved June 17/ 07)
    3rd goal: 350 (Achieved Oct 10/ 07)
    4th goal: 340 (Achieved Nov 11/07)
    5th goal: 320
    6th goal: 299 (to get out of the 300's)
    7th goal: 280
    8th goal: ??? (Not sure yet.)
