My dr ordered a overnight fasting glucose test to check for diabetes..I'm starting atkins again today, and the test is next Monday. I don't full know if I understand if being in ketosis will affect the results of the test at all? I certainly don't want to have a "false" anything..I have enough health problems going on right now.
