      Hi All --

If you haven't read it, get From Panic to Power, by Lucinda Bassett.

It, and she, has enhanced and saved many lives.

Lucinda Basset is advertising a tape for people with Anxiety and depression. I will get the number next time I hear it and I will post it. She suffered from anxiety and depression for 20 years. She now has a way to get people off their meds. Dawn

Re: do any of you suffer from anxiety disorder?

Hi Cobra Dan. You know ... a few years back I started getting the most awful panic attacks (sweats, shortness of breath, giddiness, pains in chest .. the whole thing). Like you I thought I was dying. Honestly thought it was a heart attack. My doc looked at the meds I was on for pain control ---- and lo and behold one of the side effects was panic attacks. I switched meds and panic attacks are no more. So I'm wondering if you are on any regular meds and whether you've checked the side effects? Just a thought.

Goal weight: 80 kg (176 lbs)
                Now weighing in at ...... 95.6kg (210.32)
                Total loss = 8 kg (17.6 lbs)

Re: do any of you suffer from anxiety disorder?

I wrote a booklet about how my life was crippled by panic attacks and how a change of diet made them cease immediately. I would be happy to send it free to anyone, just email me.

Re: do any of you suffer from anxiety disorder?

This is a little off subject but I saw this comedy routine where this guy starts reading the side effects of his depression medication... headaches, decreased sexual libido, impotence, dizziness, depression... it was a crack up! Sometimes it really makes you wonder about drugs... they can cause more problems than they cure.
Exersize helps me like a drug... especially if it's outside... can be feeling totally down, depressed, fat, ugly, like hiding forever... and after about 3 miles... I'm smiling, singing and feeling good and energetic again! Sunshine and freshair also increase the good feelings...
