wow.....that was great because 2 years ago, in this same doctors office, my blood pressure was like 142/88 or something.......borderline pre-hytensive stuff. maybe all those pushups and i am sure that losing the weight was the difference. we will have them fax over the results of everything later in the week......i think everything should be fine. this was just a routine checkup....complete physical today. but the blood pressure was......i mean, that was just amazing because usually i have recorded numbers quite a bit higher.

Congratulations, but keep an eye on it! It changes from moment to moment depending on stress level etc... Definately bears watching.

My blood pressure did the same thing and I was quite happy too! Keep it up and the numbers will stay better all the time
