Hello everybody, I am 19 years old, 5'4'' and my weight is 190 pounds. I tried exercise, but it doesn't fit my schedule and I also be loosing my breath too much. I never try any diet or diet pills. I would like to loose at least 50 pounds weight. Is there any diet pills or diets that really work quickly? If so, please let me know these urgently as my health has been so affected me and I need help fast.

you are young and with an effective weight loss plan (Atkins) you should do really well. if you have other health problems such as PCOS, diabetes or other things, you may have a harder time but many many members have lost weight in spite of these conditions.
diet pills are worthless, don't waste your money.
quickly is not so much what you want. Atkins, starting from the beginning with Induction, will teach you what you need to do to lose weight and keep it off for a lifetime. you would never have to post to a board again stating how desperate you are to lose. Atkins will allow you to eat like no other weight loss plan on the planet, imho. eat till you are satisfied and lose weight... what could be better?
exercise is a part of any weight loss plan. even the literature in a diet pill package will tell you to exercise. you say you have no time but if you want to lose weight and do it effectively, you will find 10 minutes here or 10 there to do something. you might not be able to catch your breath because of the weight but nobody is asking you to run a marathon. start small if you must but start. soon you will be able to climb a flight of stairs without huffing and puffing. you'll be able to walk a mile at a brisk pace. and while you're doing that, you'll be enhancing your weight loss.
i think i can safely say that many of our members would tell you, you are 19 and 190 pounds. do something now so you won't turn 35 and find
yourself weighing in at 265
