Ankle Problems - Possibly Revealed

I went to the foot doctor today and asked WHAT in the world is wrong with my ankle? Ive had this problem for OVER a year!

Turns out my talus is basically lost it's form and its kind of just there... haha. Ok its not too technical but basically I'm being sent to a surgeon in Columbus, Ohio to evaluate it and see if surgery is the only option. SOO this should make my exercising VERY interesting in the near future. But it shouldnt change my eating habits!! So thats a +

WOW!! Best of luck to you at that doctor's appointment. Hopefully you won't need surgery, but if you do, I wish you a speedy recovery!!!
