Okay, so my fit day for the past three days says I consume more or less 1800 calories a day. I'm confused though because I'm showing more calories burned than consumed, isn't that bad? 
This is exactly what it says:
Total calories burned: 3,408
Baseline BMR: 1,959 (what is bmr?)
Backround activities: 2,500
Logged Activities: 598
Digestion: 310
I'm consuming 60% fat 3% carbs (I'm on induction) and 38% Protein.
so is all of this right? I weigh 265lbs right now. is 1800 good or should I be consuming more?
I dunno why, but Im very confused. I just want to make sure Im eating enough, I don't want my body to go on starvation mode or something.
