hey everyone I'm trying to bring back the stationary bike, this is a short article I wrote
Ok so how many of us need to lose a few pounds? I’m thinking its as high as half of us americans. To figure out why we are fat we are going to have to figure out what it is thats making us fat. Is it too much fast food? Is it not enough exercise? Yeah I’m sure it is but before we start going into the new flavor of the week stuff like carbs why not try something that has been around forever, still works but for some reason has been abandoned.
