  • Obisity worse in Austrailia than in US

    This I find surprising.

I always thought of the Aussies as fit and healthy.

Atkins didn't say 'Calories don't count',
    he said, 'Don't count calories.'

Re: Obisity worse in Austrailia than in US

I am with you! I have lived in Eastern Europe, Asia, and travelled all over and was convinced that the USA had the most oversized people. Plus all the Oz dwellers I know (OZ is Australia for those that haven't heard this) are fit people. Wow that is a shocker. Although the US can't be far behind.

And, sad to say, in my 20 years overseas I have seen the population of Europe and Asia slowly growing more and more obese. In Asia it is especially sad to see it in so many children. McDonalds is huge in Hong Kong and they go right for fries, apple pies, and ice cream.

    GOAL THREE 199 ONE-DERLAND
    FINAL GOAL 165

It's not about the results. Its about the process.
