3rd paragraph from the bottom states there is no solid evidence to support claims of anykind, so do your homework first,. Never heard of it but it does sound interesting. God Bless, Joe
^ yeah I saw that, but it's all natural, and something that occurs in the body anyway, and I've read up and there is no harm in taking it, so thought I'd try. I'll come back and post about it and let everyone know my experience

So I've been taking this for three days now, and I've noticed a boost in my endurance/pep-in-my-step at the gym. Will continue and see if they're directly related.

I went off of this. 1.) I wasn't convinced it was doing anything, and 2.) I need to try it out alone to notice the differences, rather than starting several new supplements at once.
