  • Help I have lactose intolerance

I am on induction, and found that the butter that I cook my eggs in is giving me the same problems that I would have if I drink milk. Duh, I know it is a milk product. I have in the past only used smart balance, do any of you know if this is acceptable on induction? I really love and miss my ff,no sugar yogurt. Will this every be acceptable?

    Thanks

How about using meat drippings (lard or tallow)? that's what I use. I cut out all dairy myself, including butter...and I use rendered pig fat (fresh lard) and rendered beef fat (tallow) and rendered chicken fat to fry all of my veggies and meats and eggs.

I use walnut oil and olive oil as salad dressings.
