  • Eye Twitching?

I am sure it is called something else but the closest thing I can think of is eye twitching. Both eyes have been doing it more often. Drives me CRAZY!!!

Which vitamin do you think it could be? I am not on a vitamin (BAD ME) but will be getting some tomorrow. Just want to make sure I get the right kind.

Anyway, any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Most common causes, fatigue, stress, anxiety. Stress and anxiety are often greatly helped by a good B complex vitamin. Don't buy B-12 or B 6, you need the 'complex' as they are synergistic, working together to to their job. The label should say 'Hi Potency Complex' or 'Stress B Complex.'

I don't try to exist without B vitamins, I get depressed and anxious enough to start chewing my nails. B s don't store in your tissues, so you can't overdose on them like some vitamins. A good dose every day will not hurt you, and if you get one with C added, that is a bonus.

hi there. I had this too also happen but it was my eyebrow. I finally figured out that it was splenda that was giving me the twitches. I switched to stevia it's all natural. You can find it at trader joes or a whole food store. I thought of was a potassium issue. But clearly not. Splenda has been known to give those kinds of side effects
